An integral part of these processes is that participants develop their own <strong>proposals, plans, and agendas <\/strong>to achieve the changes and goals they have set for themselves and their safe environments<\/strong> by strengthening the capacities of students, their families, educators and administrative staff. We work in schools in El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c2de700\" data-block-id=\"c2de700\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">We involve children and adolescents in processes of <strong>inquiry, reflection and dialogue<\/strong>. We promote and facilitate <strong>coordination <\/strong>among different areas of school life to increase their knowledge about the prevention, identification and attention to situations of violence, with a focus on the <strong>prevention of sexual violence and suicide<\/strong>.
